Delete your PlantSense account

In the app

1. Open PlantSense Connect and sign in.
2. Tap the Profile tab.
3. Tap Delete Account, then confirm.

Your account and its data are deleted right away.

Without the app

Email [email protected] from the email address you sign in with, with the subject “Delete my PlantSense account”. If you signed in with Apple and hid your email, tell us which sign-in you use and we'll confirm it's you before deleting anything. We delete the account within 30 days and email you when it's done.

Delete one plant's data and keep your account

1. In PlantSense Connect, open the plant.
2. Tap Settings.
3. Tap Delete Device, then confirm.

This deletes that sensor's readings, its plant photo and its settings right away. To have us do it instead, email [email protected] from your sign-in email and tell us which plant.

What we delete

• Your account: email, name, and your Apple or Google sign-in link
• Every sensor on the account, with its plant settings and care details
• All sensor readings, current and historical
• Plant photos
• Notification history and any feedback you sent from the app

What we keep

Orders placed in the myplantsense.com shop are purchase records, separate from your app account, and aren't deleted with it. Neither is a product review you published on the site. Email us if you want a review removed. Our Privacy Policy has the full details.
